Faith Cook went above and beyond any service I have received in my 30 yrs. of dealing with hearing aids. I went over a year without wearing hearing aids because they didn't work. I took them to where I purchased the hearing aids from originally and was told that nothing could be done and I would need to get new ones. Faith was able to repair one of the hearing aids so I would be able to hear while the other hearing aid was sent off to be rebuilt so to speak.
