American National Bank has EXCELLENT customer service! I have been banking with them over 10 years, since 2006, and I have ZERO complaints. I typically use the Nordan branch in Danville, VA, but I have used many other branches including those in NC. I made a ledger error once in checking and the branch manager took great care of me. She took a HUGE mistake I created and made it much more bearable for me. NO other bank has ever done that before!
