Never have I ever encountered such incompetent office staff. Was hung up on three times while trying to call in with extensive hold times on the phone. I have had allergy shots at three other practices within the United States. For some reason this office will not give them to me because of my mild asthma. I questioned why this office had a different policy than the other three I had receive shots. Doctor recommended I take a medicine I am already taking to possibly see Improvement I asked why would I see an improvement if that's something I'm already doing, again no logical answer. Later doctor said she had no idea what has been going on with me the past 10 years even though I have had all of my previous shots asthma appointments sent to their location multiple times... thank you for letting me know that you do not check my file before talking to me. Also good luck trying to get records from this place faxed and released to another provider I am on round 3 of trying to get my records released. Please do everyone a favor get your shots elsewhere give your money to more competent people.
