Advanced Maintenance

This company is very trusting. I'm a Soldier in the US Army and while on my way to my next assignment my trailer crapped out on me in Durham, NC. I had to leave it at a gas station and keep going to my assignment. I contacted this company and spoke with Todd and explained to him my situation and he assisted me by phone through the whole process including a great rate on the repairs. He also allowed me time to coordinate a contractor to pickup my trailer to ship it to me. Thanks for all your help Todd and Mark.

This company is very unprofessional I just called to get mobIle service as they got listed on website how about the manager ask me to tow it in or drive it in now why would I call a mobile service to come to me correct then he hung up in my face very very disappointed I own a moving company and they are wrong to treat a customer like that
