Be very careful about your purchases, and don't believe what employees tell you.
Bought some lingerie here, and I was very clearly told I would be able to exchange it if it didn't fit. When I came back the next day to exchange for another size, I was told by the manager that I couldn't exchange it. The manager refused to contact the owner or give me contact info for the owner because "he doesn't like that." When I asked why I was told that I would be able to exchange the items, the manager told me it was because the employee was new. Perhaps better employee training is in order?
Because I was lied to by staff, I have over $100 worth of lingerie that is too big...and no way to exchange it for items that fit or store credit. I will be pursuing contact with the owner or corporate office...will update review if successful. Until then, I suggest you do not buy anything from this store that you're not 100% certain about.
