Although I was upset when I arrived about needing to purchase a new washer/dryer set, front door to finish of my visit I was treated with an astounding amount of pleasantry and it shouldn't go unnoticed. The warm greeting and smile was nice when I entered. And the promptness to accommodate my needs, calmed me quickly. Easy payment options were explained to me, and the eagerness for my business was nice. Although I didn't purchase at the time. I now know where to go when I'm ready. Thank you for your help.
