For this 43 year old, I have finally found a gym that works not only with my schedule, but also with my personality and fitness goals. As a busy, working mom, I need the flexibility of days and times when I can start a work-out. With 9Round, I don't have to worry about class times. I just show up and get going. Plus, I'm introverted. I prefer to work out independently, but I also need the instruction and encouragement of a trainer. Somehow, 9Round figured out how to do just that, and I'm so grateful. Look, I have serious fitness goals that will--no lie--take a while to achieve. But I'm in it for the long haul because my two little boys need a healthy, happy mommy.
