We had 2 buses of men, women and children to use the restroom. The men's room was standing in line, as was the woman's. Each restroom was a one-seater. When I open the door for the women's room to check it I noticed that the seat was up in the women's room, it had not been cleaned in a long time. The sink was streaked with dirt, the floor was filthy. The bathroom tissue was not on the holder, it was on the floor. When the ladies and the men that were standing in line for the restroom realized that the people behind the counter were laughing at them, they realize that the bathroom for the men's side was actually out of order, the door was locked. No one came out of it, and no one could go in, and there was no sign on the door. So the ladies held the door for the men's room. The sidewalk area in front of the store was covered in old gum and dirt and trash rappers. It was not swept or cleaned up or tidy in any way. And there was nothing on the door to indicate to the management was or if there was a phone number that someone could call and report this place. Disgusting. Federal of our group went up to the restroom at the nearby grocery store.
