I wrote an earlier Review that Google will not allow me to remove so my only recourse is to write a new review.. after our initial experience the Owner called us from Raleigh discussed our issue was very apologetic and had my husband go back in and took care of everything.. The staff that helped us were professional and did outstanding work.. I apologize for me not being able to remove the negative review but I would definitely go back and we appreciate your help an eagerness to correct the issue and to make us happy customers.. I will continue my efforts to remove my initial comment..
